Elizabeth Ziman,a vocalista, !que tem uma voz muito igual a da Sara Bairelles! começou a ganhar notoriedade após fazer uma turnê junto a um musical tributo para Ella Fitzegerald, como backing vocal.
O trio se formou com as participações dos musicos: Dan Molad e Pete Lalish.
A banda apareceu na Billboard como Underground Artist e assinou com a Verve Records em 2008.
